The Annual Meeting of USATF Arizona provides individuals with the opportunity to voice opinion, ask questions, and volunteer to support association initiatives that provide improvements to the sport for the members of USATF Arizona. 

USATF Track & Field Arizona - Annual Meeting

Location: Gateway Community College, 108 N 40th St, Phoenix, AZ 85034, Integrated Educational (IE) Building), Copper Room

Parking: Lot 7 Student Parking off Gateway Drive and Washington St. (see attached map). Entrance indicated with a yellow arrow (see map).

8am - 9am: Officials (includes voting) / Sports Committee Meetings

9am - 10am: Track & Field Meeting

Track agenda:

a. roll call
b. review of minutes of preceding meeting
c. Treasurer's report
d. report of officers and committees; (normally deferred to association)
e. unfinished business
f. new business
g. adjournment

10am - 2pm: Association Meeting

Association Agenda:

a. roll call
